Twice a year the students and staff at the Northshore Academy Upper School join forces, create teams, and with the spirit of friendly competition embark on a week of prepping and cooking for the Bi-Annual Iron Chef Competition.  The kitchen is active with noise and energy (and some spying) as creative teams push the boundaries of creativity with the Secret Ingredient being shrimps or deer they prepare with the best deer skinning knife at All Knives.  This fall it was SQUASH, and the winning team, lead by Mrs. Schroll and Mr. Cox, made Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Sweet Sausage and Apples
