Ability to promote professionalism while interacting with non-traditional student population. Experience utilizing strength-based, motivational approaches to discipline also required.

Responsible for the coordination, development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans. Provide direct supervision of learners through out the school day. Participate with multi-disciplinary team in assessment, and evaluation. Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in therapeutic service planning and behavioral intervention.

Minimum of baccalaureate degree, graduate degree preferred. Appropriate certification in special education required. First Aid and NAPPI certification preferred..
